PawPremium ("we", "us", "our") is an online retailer of natural pet wellness products, operating in the United Kingdom. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ordering & Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.

Promotional Codes

Discount codes are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and must be applied at checkout. Expired or invalid codes will not be applied retrospectively.


3. Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days via tracked courier.

Free shipping is available on all orders over £35. Orders below £35 may incur a standard delivery charge displayed at checkout.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier issues, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@pawpremium.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


4. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@pawpremium.co.uk with your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse, deliberate damage, or fraudulent claims. Consumable products that have been more than 50% used are refunded at our discretion.


5. Product Information

Our products are natural pet wellness supplements and accessories. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your pet's diet, particularly if your pet has an existing health condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, PawPremium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
